| All cottages have a porch, charcoal grill, and picnic table. You need to bring your bed linens and kitchen and bath towels. We supply pots pans, dishes and silverware. |
| An advance of 50% will be required to hold reservations. The balance is due upon arrival. |
| A 2-week notice is required and refund will only be made if cottage can be rented. There is a $25 service charge on all reservation refunds. |

We have over 2 acres of land and 159 feet of shoreline on Fourth Lake with a beautiful private sand beach. We also have horseshoes, badminton, croquet, tether ball, and swings. Paddle boats, canoes and row boats are also avilable FREE for your enjoyment. There is a bonfire area with free firewood. Restaurants, grocery store, movie house, and gift shops all within walking distance.
